Julie Bélanger

Julie T. Bélanger joined mdf commerce as Business Transformation Consultant in February 2020 and took up the role of Interim Vice President, Transformation of the Corporation in March 2021. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Université de Montréal, has her PMP and certified change management as well PROSCI.

Julie has done impactful work for companies such as Bell, Telus, Videotron, and the Quebec Construction Commission, among others, in the area of Transformation, program management and strategic planning. Her extensive experience over the years have established Julie as an expert in her field as she continues to play a pivotal role at mdf commerce.
