Ethan Benville

Ethan Benville is a Senior Analyst in Acquisitions at MDH Partners, with previous experience as a member of the GTSF Investments Committee, where roles included Director of Sector Head Management and Real Estate Sector Head. At Theta Xi National Fraternity, Ethan served as President and Treasurer for the Beta Alpha Chapter, managing significant budgets and overseeing construction projects. Other experience includes positions as an Asset Management Summer Analyst at JBG SMITH and a Portfolio Analyst Intern at Angel Oak Capital Advisors, LLC. Ethan graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, focusing on Finance and Real Estate, and holds a minor in Artificial Intelligence.
