Lew Goldfarb is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in regulatory compliance, antitrust, consumer fraud, consumer privacy, and class actions. Currently serving as Counsel at McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney & Carpenter, LLP since 2007, Lew represents clients across various legal issues and has also held the role of Of Counsel, focusing on litigation and counseling in antitrust and consumer protection matters. As the Founder of the Institute for Occupational Licensing Reform, Lew advocates for best practices in licensing and regulatory reforms.
