Hesham Toulan has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Hesham is currently working at MDP as the Customer Delivery Director. Previously, they served as the Customer Delivery Head at MDP. Prior to that, Hesham worked at Orange Egypt in multiple roles including Program Manager, CVM and Manager, Technology projects. Hesham also held positions such as Manager, Messaging Services and VAS Projects Sr.Engineer. Hesham started their career at Alcatel-Lucent as a Microwave upgrade Engineer. Hesham also had a brief stint at Halliburton Egypt as an Information Technology Support Technician Trainee and at EGOSCO as a Field Supervisor Trainee. Throughout their career, Hesham has showcased their expertise in project management, team leadership, and technical knowledge.

Hesham Toulan obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, and Communications Engineering Technology/Technician from Cairo University, which they completed from 2001 to 2007. In 2010, they earned a Diploma in Project Management from RITI. Additionally, in 2007, they completed a course on GSM at Alcatel Mobile Radio Stations Presented by Communication & Information Technology Academy through the FGF/Alcatel Scholarship. Hesham Toulan also holds a General Secondary Certificate, Scientific Math Section from dar el tarbiah language school with a score of 98% for the period of 1996 to 2001.

Hesham Toulan has obtained several additional certifications to enhance their skills. In December 2017, they obtained the Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. Then, in July 2013, they earned the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, also from the Project Management Institute. Furthermore, in February 2019, they obtained the PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification.

Hesham has also acquired numerous certifications related to specific topics such as Artificial Intelligence for Project Managers, Digital Transformation, Crucial Conversations, Robotic Process Automation, Agile Planning for software products, Client needs and software requirements, Reviews and metrics for software improvement, Agile Crash Course: Agile Project Management, Introduction to Software product management, Scrum Product Owner Accredited Certification, Software Processes and Agile practices, Situational Leadership II, and Business Analysis Essentials.
