B.E.(Hons.) Santiago Obrutsky, PMP, A-CSM has a wealth of experience in the IT industry. Starting in 2003, they worked as a Software Tester for Movistar Argentina and Banco de la Provincia de Buenos Aires. In 2004, they moved to Grupo SMS as a Software Developer. In 2005, they joined VATES - Ingeniería en Software as an IT Project Manager and Business Analyst. In 2008, they moved to Beesion Technologies, LLC. as an IT Project Manager. In 2017, they joined Thames-Coromandel District Council as an IT Business Analyst. In 2018, they moved to HealthShare Limited (NZ) as an IT Project Manager, Scrum Master, and Release Lead. Currently, they work as a Digital Project Manager for MEA since 2022.

B.E.(Hons.) Santiago Obrutsky, PMP, A-CSM holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) degree in Information Systems from Universidad Tecnológica Nacional, which they obtained between 1999 and 2007. In 2012, they also attended Universidad Tecnológica Nacional for a course in Project Management. In 2016, they completed a Master’s Degree in Information Technology from Eastern Institute of Technology. Additionally, Santiago holds two certifications, a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in 2013, and an Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in 2014.
