Jennifer Miller has worked in the customer service and sales support industry since 1992. Jennifer started their career at Concept III Textiles as a Senior Account Executive/Customer Service Specialist/ Sales Support. In this role, they were the key liaison in day to day operations, working cross-functionally with the brands sourcing team and designers to manage information flow to the textile mills on fabrics, custom patterns/prints, jacquards, colors, and lab dips from start to final approval for adoption. Jennifer also communicated directly with overseas vendors to resolve issues that could affect product quality, delivery, and logistic problems. In 2022, they joined Measure & Made as a Customer Service Specialist/Sales Support.
