Anna Vitlin Gruber

Anna Vitlin Gruber has been working in the field since 2004. Anna began as a Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant at Tel Aviv University, where they stayed until 2009. Anna then moved to the University of California, Los Angeles as a Postdoctoral Researcher from 2016 to 2022. Most recently, they were appointed as the Chief Scientific Officer at Meat.The End Inc.

Anna Vitlin Gruber attended Tel Aviv University from 2003 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology in 2006, a Master of Science in Biochemistry in 2008, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Biochemistry in 2014. Anna also attended the University of California, Los Angeles.
