Simas Ciplinskas

Simas Ciplinskas currently serves as a People Processes Coordinator at Meatable, where involvement in diverse HR functions as a People & Culture Intern provides insights into Human Resources. Previous experience includes working as an Operations Associate at Flink, managing hub activities, and as an Order Picker at Picnic Technologies. Simas also held the role of Study Abroad Recruiter & Coordinator at Kastu International, promoting study abroad opportunities, and worked as an Account Manager at Plaukia Debesys. In addition, Simas contributed to the Lithuanian School Students' Union as a National Board Member and Chairman, focusing on youth politics and educational policy. Educational pursuits include a Bachelor's degree in International Business with a focus on organization and people from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences, expected to be completed in June 2025.
