Kaitlin McDermott

Kaitlin McDermott holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from Robert Morris University and a Bachelor's Degree in Government and Politics & Psychology from the University of Maryland. Currently serving as the Onboarding and Enablement Manager at Medallia since September 2021, Kaitlin's responsibilities include onboarding new employees and delivering training programs. Prior experience includes roles as an Onboarding Manager at dentsu international and multiple positions at Merkle, where Kaitlin focused on talent development and onboarding processes. Kaitlin also has experience as a Research Assistant at the Lab for Early Social Cognition, where various studies were conducted, and as a Human Resources Assistant at Summa Technologies, where administrative processes were improved.
