Business Development Manager

Business Development Manager – Gold Coast 

This role is essential for driving business growth, strengthening client relationships, and expanding our market reach to ensure we continue achieving excellence. The role presents a unique chance to make a significant impact on Medrecruit's growth trajectory and be an integral part of our strategic initiatives.

Your Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and implement key client strategies to enhance existing partnerships and grow revenue.· Take the lead on identifying and developing our emerging accounts· Lead market expansion and business development initiatives

• Travel the country meeting clients and attending industry conferences and events

• Identify and target new business opportunities to support delivery of sales results

• Develop strategic relationships and consult effectively to understand and deliver on clients' needs

About You: 

• Proven track record in business development or sales, preferably in medical recruitment or healthcare industry.

• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Passionate about exceeding sales goals and driving innovation.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related fields (preferred).
