Dr Najib Bachir

Dr. Najib Bachir is an experienced healthcare professional with a focus on medical coding and network management. Currently serving as the Manager of Networks and Medical Coding at MEDGULF since February 2020, Dr. Bachir oversees pricing of medical services and evaluates provider networks for necessary adjustments. Previously, Dr. Bachir held similar managerial positions at MediVisa for Medical Claims Settlement and tawenia, where significant projects in automation, fraud detection, and price control were completed. Dr. Bachir began a medical career as an orthopedic surgeon at Labor Shihan Hospital and various private and social insurance clinics. Education includes an MSC in Orthopedic Surgery from the Syrian Orthopedic Board and an MSC in Medicine from the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Aleppo.
