Suzanne R. Cahoon

Suzanne R. Cahoon is a seasoned professional in instructional design with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Senior Instructional Designer and Lead Instructional Designer at MEDHOST since August 2012, Suzanne has previously operated as an Interactive and Instructional Design Consultant at Suzanne R. Cahoon, LLC and held significant roles at Cahoon and Jopson Information Architects and other organizations. Notably, Suzanne designed the first web-based training course for claims processing software and initiated the transition to online training at National Account Services Corporation.
