Yaron Meyer

Yaron Meyer has over 15 years of experience in the legal field, with a focus on the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. Yaron began their career as an Associate at Shibolet & Co., where they specialized in capital markets and represented various types of companies. In 2008, they joined Clal Biotechnology Industries as a Legal Counsel & Corporate Secretary, responsible for legal aspects including negotiations and agreements. In 2010, Yaron became the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at D Pharm LTD, leading the legal department and managing an acquisition. Currently, they are the Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at MediWound Ltd., overseeing the legal department and European commercial organization.

Yaron Meyer earned a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree in Law from the University of Haifa between the years 2000 and 2004.
