Bruce Reznik has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles. Bruce started in 1994 at BMG Direct, where they served as the Associate Director and implemented successful strategies to optimize catalog genre allocation and reduce postage costs. Subsequently, they worked at Columbia House Company as the Director of Video Marketing Planning & Analysis, tripling web sales through customer retention email campaigns and integrating the corporate marketing database.
In 2000, they joined Bottom Line Inc. as the Director of Database Marketing, where they designed a large-scale customer database to facilitate targeted campaigns. Bruce then served as a Consultant to the CMO at Trusted Media Brands, Inc., where they mapped the customer journey, forecasted customer lifetime value, and increased margins.
Reznik later joined New York University as an Adjunct Professor, educating students in statistical analysis and marketing test design. Bruce also worked as the Senior Director of Direct Marketing at Charter Communications, leading the strategy, implementation, and analysis of direct marketing initiatives.
