Shailesh Gadhavi

Shailesh Gadhavi has worked in the software development and data sciences fields since 2000. Shailesh began their career as a Lead R&D engineer at Indian Telephone Industries Limited (A Govt. Of India Undertaking) in 2000. In 2005, they moved to Hewlett Packard Enterprise as an Information Test Specialist, (Lead of Dev Team 25+ members) equivalent to Engineering Manager. Since 2019, they have been a Team Lead (Software Development and Data Sciences teams) at Medistics Health Care LLC. (COJECTIVE LABS).

Shailesh Gadhavi completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics Engineering from Sardar Patel University between 1990 and 1994. Shailesh then went on to pursue an MBA in Finance from The Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India University, Sikkim between 2011 and 2013. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from IBM, Synergy Systems, ISTQB, and Hackers University APC Learning Solutions, including an IBM Certified Data Engineer - Big Data certification in 2017, Core & Advanced Java certification in 2007, and Web Technologies certification in 2007. Shailesh also holds certifications in Python and Data Science.
