Michelle Tom

Michelle Tom, MD, currently serves as the Senior Medical Director of Operations at MedPOINT Management since October 2024 and has been a Hospice and Palliative Care Physician at MemorialCare since 2021. With extensive experience as an Attending Emergency Physician at MemorialCare Saddleback Medical Center since 2003, Michelle also holds multiple leadership roles including Director of Emergency Cardiovascular, Pulmonary, and Stroke Services, and Assistant Medical Director. A Senior Partner at Vituity since February 2001, Michelle has previously held the position of Chief Medical Director for Population Health and Utilization Management at Prospect Medical Holdings, Inc. Additionally, Michelle has contributed to various committees and organizations, including serving as Chairman of the Emergency Medical Care Committee in Orange County. Academically, Michelle holds an MD from the Keck School of Medicine of USC, an MBA from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University, and multiple certificates from Harvard Business School Online.
