Sunil Bhanot

Sunil Bhanot currently serves as the Sr. Director of Software Engineering at Medtronic Diabetes since January 2024, following an engineering leadership role at Amazon Music from June 2020 to January 2024. In addition, Sunil has been a member of the Strategic Advisory Board for Product & Technology at Kharon since October 2017. Previous positions include Director of Engineering for West Coast Operations and Director of Engineering for Experiences at Tripadvisor from March 2018 to May 2020, Head of Engineering at Whalerock Industries from March 2016 to September 2017, and various roles at Leaf Group from March 2008 to February 2016, culminating in the position of VP, Software Engineering. Early career experience includes engineering roles at InfoSearch Media from 2004 to 2008, beginning as a Software Engineer and advancing to Engineering Manager. Sunil holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern California (2001-2003) and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Mumbai (1997-2001).
