Alexandra Serova is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and equity research. Currently serving as a Mergers and Acquisitions Senior Manager at MegaFon since October 2016, Alexandra has previously held positions as a Private Equity Associate at Verno Capital and as a Research Associate/Research Analyst at Renaissance Capital, focusing on sectors such as infrastructure, transport, and telecoms across various regions. Additionally, Alexandra has experience as a Teaching Assistant at the New Economic School and as an Analyst at the Federal Grid Company of Unified Energy System.
