Amy McDonald

Amy McDonald currently serves as a Senior Policy Officer at the Mental Health Commission of Western Australia since December 2021. Prior to this role, Amy worked at the Cancer Council Western Australia as the Make Smoking History Policy and Research Coordinator and SunSmart project officer from August 2019 to December 2021. Earlier experience includes positions as a Physiotherapist at Hollywood Private Hospital and as a Senior Physiotherapist at both Community Physiotherapy Services and Prince of Wales Hospital in Sydney. Amy holds a Master's degree with Distinction in Public Health and a Graduate Certificate with Distinction in International Public Health/International Health from Curtin University, as well as a Bachelor of Applied Science in Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Economic Geography from UNSW.
