Weno Bank is seeking a highly experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee our digital bank's operations in Jakarta. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking operations, technology, and digital transformation, with a proven track record of driving efficiency and growth.

Job responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bank, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to drive growth and improve customer experience.
• Lead the technology team to enhance digital banking capabilities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute business plans and strategies.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators, partners, and customers.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in banking operations
• Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and growth in a banking environment.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
• Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
