Julia von Groote

Julia von Groote is a seasoned human resources leader with extensive experience in various senior HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Mesalvo GmbH since November 2022, Julia has previously held significant positions including Head of Human Resources for GFT Technologies and Director of Human Resources at Matrix42 AG. Julia’s career began at Siemens as a Human Resources Consultant, progressing through several key roles at Atos, culminating in the position of HR Business Partner. Julia holds a law degree from the University of Cologne and has furthered education at The London School of Economics and Political Science.
