Rhia Joelle Nerderman

Joelle Nerderman, RHIA, has extensive experience in the healthcare field, currently serving as the Quality Improvement Coordinator at Mercer Health since March 2014. Nerderman has also held roles as a Casual Coder/Analyst and an intern within the same organization. Prior to Mercer Health, Nerderman worked as an Administrative Assistant/Aide at Community Sports & Therapy Center from May 2014 to February 2015, and gained valuable experience as a Student Intern at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center from April 2012 to May 2014. Nerderman earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Information Management and Systems from The Ohio State University, completing the program in 2014.
