Andrew May

Andrew May has a diverse work experience in the field of commercial real estate. Andrew started their career as an Appraisal Intern at Mike Lockey and Associates in May 2015. Andrew then joined Aegon as a Commercial Mortgage Lending Intern in August 2015. Andrew later joined TCF Bank as a Commercial Real Estate Analyst in December 2016. In May 2018, they moved to The Meritex Company where they worked as an Investment Analyst, underwriting and performing investment analysis on various types of commercial real estate transactions. In July 2020, Andrew was promoted to the role of Senior Investment Analyst at The Meritex Company. Throughout their career, they have prepared investment memorandums, presented analysis of investment opportunities to management, and participated in Investment Committee meetings.

Andrew May attended the University of Northern Iowa from 2013 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Finance and Financial Management Services.
