Itala Herta

Itala Herta is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in social innovation, community relations, and women's empowerment. Currently serving as the Fundadora of DIVER.SSA, a platform focused on supporting the mental and emotional well-being of women entrepreneurs, Itala also holds the position of Solution Leader-at-Large at MESA, where a methodology for team collaboration is promoted. Additionally, Itala contributes as a member of the Diversity & Inclusion Committee at Ambev and co-founded Vale do Dende. Previous roles include serving as a community relations coordinator at Petrobras and working on projects related to cultural communication and social innovation at various organizations. Itala Herta holds a bachelor's degree in Social Communication with a specialization in Public Relations from Universidade Salvador.
