Marek Bakalarczuk

Marek Bakalarczuk is an experienced Unity Developer and Tech Lead with a strong background in software design and programming for various applications, including gaming, VR, and AR solutions. Currently serving as Tech Lead Unity at MetaGravity since May 2023, Marek has also held leadership roles at multiple companies, including TISA Group and Space Digital Group, where responsibilities included mentoring, code review, and decision-making regarding technology use. As the owner and Unity Developer at Websfera Marek Bakalarczuk since January 2019, collaboration on game prototyping and client-facing projects has been key. Marek has developed skills in software design, R&D, user interface development, and component creation across various roles since starting in the industry in 2013 after obtaining a bachelor's degree in Information Systems in Economics.
