Zoe Smith has extensive experience in the hospitality and catering industry, currently serving as the Catering Sales Manager at Bergeron’s City Market since August 2024. Prior roles include Banquet & Catering Manager and Banquet & Catering Assistant at Metairie Country Club, as well as an Administrative Assistant/Coordinator Assistant at Bon Temps Event Planning & Design. Previous experience also encompasses an Event Concierge position at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C., and bartending and serving roles at Walk-On's Sports Bistreaux and Copeland's Family of Restaurants. Zoe began a career in customer service as a Sales Associate at Blu Spero Boutiques and continued as a Server at Sicily’s Italian Buffet and Adobe Cantina and Salsa. Zoe holds an Associate's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Delgado Community College.
