Kristofer D-Lacaille

Kristofer D-Lacaille is a recruitment and business development specialist at Métier Plus since August 2020, focusing on helping businesses identify candidates that contribute to their growth and assisting job seekers in finding fulfilling positions. Responsibilities include advising companies on recruitment needs, conducting client visits, understanding client requirements, and managing the entire recruitment process from candidate search to post-hire follow-up.
