Ashwini Tapase

Ashwini Tapase is an experienced construction professional with a robust background in project coordination, engineering, and process improvement. Currently serving as a Project Coordinator and previously as Construction Engineer II at Metro Consulting Associates, LLC since June 2020, Ashwini has effectively managed document control and monitored project schedules. Prior experience includes a role as Project Engineer at DPR Construction, where significant projects such as the Needham MOB and Codiak Life Science Headquarters were undertaken. Ashwini has also worked as a Process Improvement Analyst at Michigan State University and completed internships at AECOM focusing on major transportation projects. Early career experience includes overseeing sewerage operations in Mumbai and procurement in the construction sector. Ashwini holds a Master's degree in Construction Management from Michigan State University and an Engineer's degree in Civil Engineering from Veermata Jijabai Technical Institute.
