Katya Bautista Rodríguez

Katya Bautista Rodríguez is an accomplished PMO professional with extensive experience in the aerospace industry, currently serving as Delivery Manager and Project Management Consultant at MIGSO-PCUBED since October 2022. Prior roles include Delivery Coordinator and Continuous Improvement Agent at Bombardier, where expertise in process optimization was demonstrated through the use of Power BI and Excel with VBA macros. Earlier experience encompasses project control office roles focused on continuous improvement and data analysis, as well as internship positions in research and engineering at the DELFÍN Program and GE Power, respectively. Katya holds an Engineer's Degree in Quality and Productivity from Instituto Tecnológico de Morelia, earned between 2015 and 2019.
