Max Costantini

Max Costantini has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over 25 years. Max began their career in 1995 as a Product Group Manager at Wickes. From there, they moved on to work as a Category Manager - Beauty at Asda in 1997. In 2001, Max joined Superdrug as a Category General Manager for a brief period before becoming the Commercial Director at Harmer Personal Care Limited. In 2005, they co-founded Hallam Beauty Ltd, where they served as the Co-Founder & Managing Director. In 2010, Max embarked on a new venture as the Co-Founder & UK CEO of Mibelle Group. Max later assumed the role of Chief Strategy Officer within the same company in 2014. Max's varied roles and leadership positions showcase their expertise in the beauty and personal care industry.

Max Costantini attended Wells Cathedral School from 1978 to 1989. Max then pursued a B.Sc. degree in Economics at UCL from 1990 to 1993.
