Ashley R. Baker, PhD has a diverse work experience in the fields of diversity, equity, inclusion, and sports strategies. Ashley R. is currently serving as the Vice President for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging at MSU Federal Credit Union. Prior to this role, they founded Team Baker Education and Sports Strategies in 2015. Ashley R. has also held positions at Xavier University of Louisiana, where they served as the Assistant Vice President of Student Affairs and Chief Inclusion Officer, as well as the Chief Inclusion Officer/Deputy Title IX Coordinator. Ashley R. then went on to pursue a Master's Degree in Sport Administration at Bowling Green State University, completing it from 2006 to 2007.
