Khenwei Goay

Khenwei Goay is a skilled engineer with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry. Currently a Senior Engineer at Micron Technology since January 2022, Khenwei previously held the position of Senior Engineer at GLOBALFOUNDRIES from October 2017 to November 2021, focusing on process integration, NPI, customer HVM/low yield, and process improvement initiatives. Prior to that, Khenwei worked as a Senior Device Engineer at SilTerra Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. from August 2010 to September 2017, where responsibilities included developing simulation decks for various TCAD simulators and optimizing device designs through simulations. Khenwei obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Microelectronics from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia in 2010 and completed pre-university education in Physical Sciences at Kolej Matrikulasi Kedah in May 2006.
