Tracee Johnson

Tracee Johnson is a Vice President of Mid-America Asset Management and has over ten (10) years of client services experience. Tracee joined Mid-America in 2005 and is responsible for the daily operations of a number of Mid-America properties. Her responsibilities include contracting and overseeing all property services, collecting outstanding receivables, budgeting, administering leases, monthly financial reporting, civic, community, ownership, and tenant relations.

Prior to her employment at Mid-America, Tracee was self-employed as a Smoothie King Franchisee in Atlanta, Georgia. Prior to that, Tracee owned and operated three (3) Dollar Stores. Previous to being self-employed, Tracee was a Human Resources Analyst for Norrell in Atlanta, Georgia. Throughout her career, Tracee has accrued

experience with vendor negotiating, office administration, customer service, and human resources. Her portfolio includes a mixed portfolio of eighteen (18) very unique assets of street retail in Chicago for both institutional and entrepreneurial clients.

Ms. Johnson holds a Real Estate broker' License in the State of Illinois. Tracee has a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology and Bachelor of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Governors State University in University Park, Illinois.
