Ben Schalke

Ben Schalke has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Ben currently holds the position of Senior Director Intl. Partnering & API Sourcing at Midas Pharma since September 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Director Intl. Partnering & API Sourcing at the same company from April 2016 to October 2023. Additionally, they worked as the Market Development Manager for Korea and Vietnam at Midas Pharma from February 2015 to December 2020. Before joining Midas Pharma, Ben worked at Celanese where they held various positions including Product Manager EMEA, Strategic Sourcing Leader, Supply Chain Analyst in Asia Pacific, and completed the General Management Program 'Champ'. Ben also gained experience at Siemens IT Services as part of the Siemens INSIDE Development Program and completed an internship at Armstrong Techn. / GER-PRC Economy & Culture Association.

Ben Schalke completed their Bachelor's degree in Information Sciences from Technische Universität Darmstadt from 2001 to 2003. Ben then went on to pursue a Master of Arts (M.A.) and Magister degree in China Studies & Business Administration from Goethe University Frankfurt am Main from 2003 to 2007.
