Michael Trotty

Michael Trotty is an experienced sales and customer service professional with a diverse background in various roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as an Online Sales Counselor at MileStone Community Builders, LLC since March 2022, Michael previously held positions at Dell Technologies as a Small Business Advisor, where assistance was provided to small business owners to help them grow. At SHI International Corp., Michael contributed from April 2018 to January 2021, first as a Microsoft Customer Success Manager and then as a Microsoft Solutions Specialist, acting as a subject matter expert for clients. Michael also worked in retail management as a Store Manager/Trainer for Mattress Firm and as a Sellebrity Coach at Old Navy, focusing on training and customer service.
