Julie Hoover has a diverse work experience in human resources, with roles in various companies. Julie started their career at Maxim Healthcare Services as a Human Resources Coordinator, where they handled onboarding, training, payroll, and benefits. Julie played a key role in reducing payroll costs and increasing revenues.

After that, Julie joined Coca-Cola Bottling Company United as a Human Resources Coordinator, responsible for supporting a branch with both union and non-union employees. Julie facilitated the acquisition and integration of a logistics company and implemented effective HR software processes.

Julie then moved on to Coyote Logistics, where they served as a Human Resources Consultant. Julie oversaw HR functions for a third-party logistics organization, leading a team in areas such as employee relations, talent acquisition, compensation, and HRIS. Julie achieved cost savings and streamlined processes through the implementation of new systems.

Currently, Julie works at Miller Industries as the Corporate Director of Human Resources. Julie manages a team and is responsible for all HR functions across multiple locations. Julie has implemented cost-saving measures, secured training grants, and overseen various HR initiatives.

Julie Hoover holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Bryan College, which they obtained from 2010 to 2011. Julie also has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, earned from 2003 to 2005. In addition to their formal education, Julie has obtained several certifications, including the SHRM-SCP (obtained in June 2022) and the Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner (obtained in May 2021).
