Laura Gurka

Laura Gurka, PHR, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and general HR functions. Currently serving as HR Manager at Milsco Manufacturing since January 2020, Laura has successfully implemented HRIS modules in PayCom and ADP. Previously, Laura held the position of Recruiting Manager at Jason Group Inc, where standardization and metrics were developed to enhance recruitment across multiple business units. Additional roles at Jason Group included HR Generalist, overseeing HR operations at various sites. Prior to that, Laura worked as an HR Consultant and Recruiting Coordinator at Brady Corporation, and as an HR Generalist at Assisted Living Concepts, Inc. Laura holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
