Karen McKernan

Karen McKernan is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Leader at Miltec UV since February 2015, McKernan oversees all facets of Human Capital Management, including talent acquisition, compensation, and employee development for a global manufacturer. Previous positions include Human Resources Director at the American Urological Association and Dynasplint Systems, where McKernan managed HR operations and staff. Early career roles at The Vane Brothers Company and Carton Donofrio Partners further established a strong foundation in HR leadership. Karen McKernan holds both a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management and Business from Notre Dame of Maryland University.
