Sheila Xhavo

Sheila Xhavo is an experienced operations manager currently employed at Mimo since June 2021, where responsibilities include managing operational processes. Prior to this role, Sheila served as a team assistant and worked at the Municipality of Tirana as an executive assistant from August 2017 to August 2019. Sheila began the professional journey as a junior accountant at UHY International from June 2016 to August 2017 and held the position of cash specialist at S&D Invest for a brief period in 2016. Additionally, involvement with the accounting and tax department occurred during a short stint at ALBtelecom Albania in late 2015. Academic qualifications include a Master of Arts in Executive Management from FHWien der WKW (2019-2022) and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Tirana (2012-2016).
