Minji Kim

Minji Kim serves as the Chief Business Officer at Mineralys Therapeutics, Inc. since January 2024 and is an Independent Board Director at SK Biopharmaceuticals, beginning in March 2023, where Minji chairs the ESG/Strategy Committee. Minji holds an Entrepreneur in Residence position at Yale Ventures and has been a member of Women In Bio since September 2021. Previously, Minji led Cross Border Partners, LLC as President & CEO until December 2023 and served as General Manager for AffaMed Therapeutics, focusing on digital therapeutics. Minji's extensive experience also includes roles at Jounce Therapeutics, Curis, and Roche, achieving significant partnerships and financing milestones throughout a career dedicated to business development in the biopharmaceutical sector. Minji holds an MBA from Yale School of Management and advanced degrees in Molecular and Cell Biology from Seoul National University.
