Ahmad bin Sulaiman

Ahmad Bin Sulaiman, CFA, is currently the Director of the Federal Debt Management Office at the Ministry of Finance, UAE, since April 2022. Prior to this role, Ahmad was Vice President of Finance at Shamal Holding from October 2019 to April 2022, overseeing finance and accounting functions and leading commercial finance initiatives. Ahmad also served as Vice President of Finance and Director of Finance at Dubai Holding from April 2014 to October 2019, focusing on treasury and financial control. Earlier experience includes Head of Financial Planning at Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation, Analyst at Deutsche Bank, and Management Trainee at Lloyds TSB Commercial Finance. Ahmad holds an Executive MBA from London Business School, is a Chartered Financial Analyst from the CFA Institute, and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the American University in Dubai.
