Karin Ciano (she/her)

Karin Ciano is an Adjunct Professor at the University of St. Thomas School of Law, where Karin teaches law students how to navigate starting their own practices after graduation. Karin has also held positions at the Minnesota Judicial Branch and Mitchell Hamline School of Law. Karin previously worked as a civil rights and employment lawyer at their own firm, Karin Ciano Law PLLC, and collaborated on legal writing projects with Legal Writing Pro. Additionally, Karin has taught courses at the University of Minnesota Law School and William Mitchell College of Law. Throughout their career, Karin has been dedicated to promoting access to justice and supporting law students in entering the legal field.
