Alicia Lyne

Alicia Lyne has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Alicia is currently working at MiQ as the Talent Director for the APAC region, a role they started in January 2023. Prior to this, they served as the HR Manager for APAC at MiQ from February 2020 to March 2023. Earlier, Alicia worked as an HR Advisor for EMEA & APAC and as an HR Assistant, both at MiQ. Alicia also has experience working at LIDA as a Talent and Recruitment Executive from April 2017 to March 2018, and at Stopgap as a Marketing Recruitment Consultant from July 2015 to March 2017. Alicia's career began at Waitrose, where they worked as a Checkout Assistant from December 2010 to January 2015.

Alicia Lyne pursued their higher education starting in 2010 at Twynham School Sixth Form, where they completed their A Levels. In 2012, they enrolled at Royal Holloway, University of London, and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Politics, graduating in 2015. In 2020, Alicia obtained a certification in Positive Psychology: Resilience Skills from Coursera. Currently, they are studying at King's College London, pursuing a Master of Science degree in Neuroscience and Psychology of Mental Health, which they are expected to complete in 2023.
