Melissa Noblit Broadway

Melissa Noblit Broadway currently serves as the Senior Managing Director and Lead Asset Manager at Woodbranch Management, Inc. since December 2023. With extensive experience in property management, Melissa holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Mirador Real Estate since April 2018, and previously worked as General Manager for Greystar overseeing INSTRATA NoMad and INSTRATA Gramercy from February 2017 to April 2018. Additional roles include Property Manager at Ogden CAP Properties, General Manager at Rose Associates, and various positions at COCM, including Director of Facilities and Administration. Melissa began their career in higher education housing as a Resident Director at the University of Pittsburgh and held positions at Kutztown University. Melissa earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication-Rhetoric and English Writing from the University of Pittsburgh in 2000.
