Kari Hawkinson

Kari Hawkinson has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Kari currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Miravida Living, where they are dedicated to developing, elevating, and supporting their teammates. Prior to this role, they worked at Nurses PRN as the Corporate Culture Officer and the VP of Human Resources & Org. Development. At Miron Construction Co., Inc., Kari served as the Employee Relations Manager, responsible for personnel development and benefits administration. Additionally, they have experience as a Board Member at the Menasha Joint School District and as the Executive Director of Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Fox Valley Region, where they oversaw strategic planning and program execution.

Kari Hawkinson has a Master's degree in Management and Organizational Development from Silver Lake College. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. Before entering university, Kari attended Menasha High School.
