Julie Shudtz

Julie Shudtz has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Julie is currently working at Mission Lane as the Head of Recruiting since April 2022. Prior to this role, they held the positions of Senior Recruiting Manager from August 2021 to April 2022, Recruiting Manager from February 2021 to August 2021, and Senior Recruiter from September 2019 to February 2021 at the same company. Before joining Mission Lane, Julie worked at Kforce Inc as an Executive Recruiter from September 2016 to September 2019. Julie also has experience in the education sector, having worked as a Vocal and General Music Teacher at Howard County Public Schools from August 2015 to August 2016, and at Arlington Public Schools from August 2010 to August 2015.

Julie Shudtz received a Master of Music degree in Music Education from Boston University in 2011-2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Music Education from Miami University. Julie also holds additional certifications in National Board Certified Early/Middle Childhood Music Education from the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards, as well as certifications in Orff Schulwerk and PreK-12 Music Education from various institutions.
