Justin Bozonelis

Justin Bozonelis has extensive experience in the banking and investment industry. Justin is currently the Managing Director and Head of Private Capital Markets at Mizuho, where they lead the business focused on equity private placements and bespoke financings. Prior to Mizuho, Justin worked at Cantor Fitzgerald, where they held multiple roles, including Managing Director and Head of Private Capital Markets & SPAC Strategic Advisory, and Managing Director and Head of Capital Introduction. Justin also founded LivEthnic, a company they operated from 2011 to 2013. Before that, Justin worked at Lehman Brothers as a Vice President in the Private Fund Advisory Group, where they were responsible for institutional capital raising and deal management.

Justin Bozonelis was a Dean's Merit Scholar at NYU Stern School of Business, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance and International Business with a minor in Political Science. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications from FINRA, including the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 24, Series 63, Series 7, Series 79, and Series 99.
