Faith Smock

Faith Smock has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Faith most recently served as the Director of Human Resources at M&K Truck Centers, where they were responsible for developing and implementing HR programs that aligned with the company's business strategies. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Human Capital Consulting Manager at Amway, leading a team in defining and executing Human Capital strategies for the company's global and regional supply chain operations. Faith also held senior HR positions at Navistar Inc, Sikich LLP, and Sagestone Consulting/NuSoft Solutions, where they played key roles in directing HR initiatives and transforming HR departments into strategic functions. Faith started their career at BDO Seidman, LLP as the Regional Director of Human Resources.

Faith Smock attended Fruitport High School from 1981 to 1984. Faith did not earn a degree or specialize in a specific field at this institution. Following their high school education, from 1986 to 1988, Faith pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications/Human Resources at Western Michigan University.
