Donna Sutter

Donna Sutter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality management and engineering services. Currently serving as Senior Engineering Services Manager at MKS Instruments since August 2007, Donna has previously held roles such as Engineering Services Manager and Quality Systems Manager. Notably, between November 2011 and January 2014, Donna provided consulting services for a top-100 company in Rochester, New York, where expertise was applied to develop a comprehensive Quality Management System in line with ISO ANSI/AAMI, ISO 13485:2003, and 21CFR820 standards. Prior to MKS Instruments, Donna worked in various capacities at MKS Power Solutions from January 1998 to August 2007. Donna holds a Bachelor of Science Magna Cum Laude degree in Organizational Management from Roberts Wesleyan University and an Electronics Technology degree from the Ohio Institute of Technology.
