Kesh Solanki

Kesh Solanki currently serves as the Head of Business Enablement at MLC Life Insurance since August 2023. Prior to this role, Kesh has held multiple positions at Telstra, starting as a Business Operations Manager in March 2014 and progressing through various managerial and specialist roles. Kesh's experience extends to consulting, enterprise architecture, and business transformation, having worked at Phoenix Consulting, ANZ, and Lloyds Banking Group. Kesh's early career includes extensive roles at Ford Motor Company, where Kesh developed expertise in business strategy and lean methodologies. Kesh holds a degree in Industrial Engineering & Engineering Management from the University of Wales, Cardiff, earned between 1985 and 1989.
